Frequently asked questions

What does "AI Liara included" mean?

Liara is the proprietary Zeli LLM (Qwen3 32B + custom LoRA), self-hosted on Hetzner Falkenstein (DE). All AI workflow calls (chat, classification, data extraction, generation) use Liara at no extra cost up to the plan's daily quota. Other tools require an external OpenAI/Anthropic API key with per-call billing.

Can I still use my OpenAI/Anthropic key?

Yes, from Pro onwards. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) lets you use Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini alongside Liara. Useful if you want specific models for individual workflows.

What happens if I exceed the daily AI quota?

Excess AI calls are queued at reduced priority (progressive throttling). For sustained usage above quota, upgrading to the next tier is recommended. No hard block, no workflow interruption.

How does cancellation work?

Self-service cancellation from the portal, immediate effect. No penalties, no mandatory sales calls. Access is retained until the end of the period already paid. JSON data export available under GDPR art. 20.

GDPR + EU data sovereignty?

Hetzner Falkenstein hosting (Germany). Backblaze B2 backups EU region. No data transfer outside EU. DPA (Data Processing Agreement) available. Right to be forgotten (art. 17) self-service from portal.

Can I import workflows from n8n?

Yes. 1-click migration tool imports n8n workflow.json files into FlowForge. ~90% compatibility (standard nodes). Unsupported nodes are highlighted for manual re-mapping.

Can I give my end-clients access to workflows?

Yes, from Team and above. Client Portal is a dedicated white-label interface: share a magic-token link with your client, they open a branded portal with your logo, see only the workflows you expose, and can run them or update whitelisted fields (e.g. send time, recipient list). Audit log + on-demand revocation included. Pattern used by marketing agencies, consultants, system integrators.

Can I use my own domain (e.g. workflow.acme.com)?

Yes, on the Enterprise plan. You add a CNAME record on your DNS (workflow.acme.com → <slug>.app.automazionezeli.com), confirm in the admin panel, and within ~5 minutes the domain is live with an automatic Let's Encrypt SSL certificate. Your end-users see YOUR domain in the URL bar — fully white-label. Cert renewal is handled automatically.
